We suggest: 2x white wine, 2x red wine, 1x sparking, 3/4x beers, 1x cider & various non-alcoholic options.

> All glassware included, upgraded crystal style glassware is also possible ~ Please inquire.
What you get ~
+ 2 x Qualified RSA approved event staff.
+ Water refreshment station:
2 x Glass drink dispensers (filtered water).
Ice and drink garnish (lemon & lime when in season).
+ Glassware, napkins and straws.
+ Tea and coffee service:
Instant coffee, herbal tea, builder’s tea, green tea and earl grey.
Soy, almond, skim milk and full cream.
Sugar and sweetener.
+ Travel within 30kms of our base in Canungra 4275 complimentary, additional km traveled will be charged.
+ 1 hour extra staff time for set up (30 mins) and pack down (30 mins). To ensuring you get the most out of your hire time, we need all drinks to be chilled and near to the caravan.
Terms and Conditions:
Prices are based on locations within 30km of the Gold Coast – events outside of this will be charged for additional travel.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when booking. If the event is less than 30days away, full payment is required. Final numbers and balances are due 30 days prior, bookings may be cancelled if payments are not made prior to this cut-off date.
Cancellation fees are taken from the full amount of booking – 100% cancellation fee charged if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the occasion. In the case of emergencies, at our discretion and depending on our availability we MAY be able to change dates.
We do not provide refunds or date changes in the case of bad weather. In the event of rain, it is the responsibility of the host to make alternative arrangements, please advise us 24hrs before event start time if you need to change locations.
For locations other than a private residence or permanent venue, it is the hirer’s responsibility to get all necessary approval and permission to hold the event. This must be confirmed with us 30 days prior to the event.
Any event over 80 people will incur addition costs such as additional staff members, glassware etc. This can be quoted on application.
All drinks must be chilled prior to the event, to ensure you get the most out of our service, please ensure cool-room, eskies or whatever meathod you are using to cool drinks is placed close to where the bar is to be positioned.
Rubbish disposal is up to the hirer, we require bins close to the bar. Rubbish removal is possible at ~ please inquire about this service if necessary.
Management will take all reasonable steps to fulfil this agreement > we will not be responsible for circumstances out of our control (such as major weather events).
